The two rudders at the stern, Excess's "house brand", provide more sensations during navigation and connect you directly with the sea and the elements. The steering is light and precise, and the steering positions are covered by an innovative awning.
The optional retractable roof of the aft cockpit offers the possibility, both to shelter from the heat and to enjoy the sun or the stars and a more direct breeze if you wish. The cockpit offers a large capacity to accommodate several people sitting on the sofas in the living room, in addition, the wide corridors make it very comfortable to move to the bow.
In the Excess 12 you will find a bright and simple environment with Cedar and White Touch wood tones, as well as 3 customization options to choose the one that best suits you, all created by Nauta Design studio. The two hulls of this 12-meter offer a sensation of interior volume and the possibility of configuring the rooms in 3 or 4 double cabins and 2 bathrooms or 4 cabins and 4 bathrooms.
Light bathes the entire upper deck thanks to the clean windows that surround it and that give a 360º panoramic view. The living room is made up of a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room with U-shaped sofas, a fixed table, a mobile bench, and a card table.
· Double government post: located aft, both the starboard and port positions offer very good visibility of the sails, the state of the sea and the bow of the catamaran. In addition, all manoeuvers are located close to the helm to facilitate handling.
· Pulse Line Rig: designed for those who like to have maximum fun while sailing. This rig option will give you a stronger adventurous feel as it incorporates a larger than standard sail area to optimize performance.
· Solarium on the roof: the option of incorporating a solarium on the roof offers a more private space to enjoy relaxed moments and enjoy the views. An extendable ladder allows access to the roof from the foredeck.
