Its modern and active DNA seeks to build catamarans with a very personal and modern design, with elegant lines, where comfort and habitability are indisputable.

Excess was born in 2018 within the Beneteau Group, becoming a young brand and, in turn, with a strong heritage, thanks to the know-how of the shipyards that are part of the French group. Its catamarans are designed by the VPLP architects’ studio, experts and recognized in ocean regattas, and who share the same passion as Excess for making the most of the sea and enjoying the sensations of sailing.

The Excess catamarans are distinguished by combining the comfort of a multihull with the search for sensations and the sportiness of a monohull. Its distinctive feature is the double rudder that ensures emotions, provides above-average efficiency in navigation, and increases the connection of life on board, since the command post is located in the cockpit, concentrating in the same space the common areas and control of the boat.
