A regatta-cruising sailboat with the “R for regatta” in capital letters since it is designed to encourage navigation and guarantee the fun of its crew. This First 36 fits the needs of those who want to comfortably enjoy a family cruise during their vacations and who, in turn, want to compete in social regattas throughout the year and, why not, even win them.
Owners of this model are looking for a boat that is fast and fun to sail, while retaining a point of cruiser comfort for those accompanying them on board.
Very smooth at the helm and easy to vary the course when necessary, thanks to the great work carried out by the design and research teams, a boat with a very light structure has been achieved.
The deck is designed to be practical, functional and effective. The deck, with a folding table that facilitates circulation, can accommodate up to 6 people around it. It also has a light bathing platform that, without affecting the competition, facilitates access to the water in moments of relaxation.
The interior of this 36-footer is clean, simple and minimalist, offering the comfort of a cruiser but always remembering its sporty character, in a mix that works perfectly.
Beneteau has decided to keep the classic card table so that the skipper can make the necessary queries in a quiet and sheltered space.
As for life on board, the distribution consists of two aft cabins, a bow cabin and a bathroom. In addition, depending on the needs of each adventure, the beds in the aft cabins can be removed, thus creating a large storage room or wardrobe.
The kitchen has a movable worktable to, when necessary, facilitate circulation or prepare food. The dining room maintains the classic distribution with a folding table in the centre and comfortable sofas on each side.
· Fun for navigation: able to pick up speed quickly, it is a very pleasant sailboat to drive in moderate winds, which is enhanced by two light rudders that respond very smoothly to movements.
· Amazing inside: the increased volume in the hull allows to create a habitable interior with the comforts of a cruiser, without affecting the performance for the regatta.
· Adaptable deck: it offers two different positions, one designed for racing and the other for cruising. In regatta, the T-shaped cockpit allows a small crew to manoeuvre effectively. On the cruise, the benches are lengthened thanks to the movable chests to be able to enjoy a lounge space with a central folding table.

Yes. For new orders or units not yet in production, you can adapt the engine, equipment, or finishes. For stock or pre-owned units, our workshop will evaluate possible custom modifications or upgrades.
It depends on the brand, model, and shipyard schedule: it can range from 3–4 months to more than a year. We often have stock units available for immediate delivery; contact us.

It depends on the boat. For motorboats, licences range from the Nautical Licence (6 metres) to the PER (up to 15 m) or higher titles. We help you choose the most suitable model based on your licence and navigation project.
