Una experiència excel·lent amb Hnos. Guasch

Vam tenir la sort de comprar un catamarà Excess 14 a través de Guasch Yachts. Durant tot el procés, l’Enric i tot l’equip han estat fantàstics. Sempre alegres, eficients, amb actitud positiva i complint exactament el que havíem acordat. No podíem demanar més. El vaixell ha estat magnífic — amb alguns petits problemes (com és normal) — però l’actitud i l’experiència de l’equip de Guasch han estat claus. Fins i tot ho faria extensiu a alguns proveïdors de components com Garmin. Des de preguntes petites com «per què no hi ha aigua a la rentadora?» — a la qual l’enginyer del moll del costat va respondre de seguida «estàs en mode assecadora» — fins al muntatge de la barana de l’encerclament el dia abans de marxar (quan va arribar del proveïdor), i l’equip que va baixar el dia abans de sortir de Cambrils per comprovar que tot estava fet i que estàvem contents. Finalment, l’Enric ens va trobar la millor i més adequada tripulació per acompanyar-nos en el nostre primer trajecte fins a Gibraltar. Amb experiència i ganes d’ensenyar-nos a navegar el nostre primer gran catamarà, relaxats però atents, tenir en Pep i la Martina a bord durant aquells primers quatre dies va ser impagable. Recomanaria definitivament Guasch Yachts a tothom.

Després de més de 30 anys al món de la nàutica i d’haver comprat i venut un total de vuit embarcacions, Hermanos Guasch és, amb molta diferència, l’equip més professional, seriós i capacitat que he conegut. Des de l’assessorament comercial i tècnic fins al seguiment personalitzat de cada fase de la configuració del vaixell, resolent amb una gran eficàcia els petits problemes que sempre apareixen, tot han estat facilitats, bon criteri i moltes ganes d’ajudar en una decisió tan important com és la compra d’un veler d’una eslora considerable. Sense cap mena de dubte, ja tinc l’empresa nàutica de confiança per als propers anys. Menció especial per a l’Enric Botet, un gran professional i millor navegant, molt més seriós i capaç que el comercial habitual que només vol vendre’t el vaixell.
