The new Beneteau Oceanis 42 represents the latest evolution of the renowned Oceanis range, combining Beneteau's characteristic comfort and onboard living space with a renewed approach to cruising. This all-new model, announced to the press during summer 2026, will make its official debut and presentation at the Paris Boat Show at the end of 2026, becoming one of Beneteau's major new models for the upcoming season.
This brand-new unit is available for delivery in spring 2027 and has been configured to provide an excellent balance between sailing performance, autonomy and onboard comfort. It features a 45 HP Yanmar diesel engine and a 3-cabin, 2-bathroom layout, offering a highly versatile configuration for both family sailing and extended cruising.
Particular attention has been paid to the rigging and sail configuration to take full advantage of the sailing capabilities of the new Oceanis 42, complemented by an extensive selection of premium equipment. This unit features Raymarine navigation electronics, AIS, electric toilets, an additional 330-litre fresh water tank, increasing total capacity to 565 litres, and an IRO-DECK cockpit floor, together with numerous additional features designed to enhance comfort, autonomy and the overall cruising experience.
The offer has also been prepared as a genuine turnkey package, meaning that the price includes the yacht afloat and fully prepared for cruising. It includes transport from the shipyard, hull treatment and antifouling, registration, Zone 2 safety equipment for navigation up to 60 nautical miles from the coast, as well as a liferaft, EPIRB and the other equipment included in the preparation of the yacht for delivery.
An excellent opportunity to become one of the first owners of the new Beneteau Oceanis 42, with a comprehensive cruising specification and delivery scheduled for spring 2027.

Each listing indicates whether the price includes taxes, equipment, and services. For most new boats, the price includes VAT and delivery “ready to sail”. For pre-owned boats, the offer’s content depends on whether it is our own unit or one managed for a client.
Yes. For new orders or units not yet in production, you can adapt the engine, equipment, or finishes. For stock or pre-owned units, our workshop will evaluate possible custom modifications or upgrades.
It depends on the brand, model, and shipyard schedule: it can range from 3–4 months to more than a year. We often have stock units available for immediate delivery; contact us.
Yes. We work with SYS Finance, exclusive broker of SGB Finance (Société Générale + Groupe Bénéteau). We offer leasing and marine credit with personalised conditions.
