The Gran Turismo 40 Open OB introduces a new way to experience grand touring, combining understated luxury, versatility and a constant connection with the sea. Inspired by the Japanese principle of Yūgen and backed by more than 140 years of BENETEAU boatbuilding expertise, this model is designed for those seeking freedom, comfort and excitement on the water.
Its outboard configuration, powered by Mercury Verado V10 425 engines, reinforces its dynamic character and delivers an agile and exhilarating boating experience. This is complemented by spacious and modular living areas, designed both for days at sea and for extending the experience throughout the weekend.
The Gran Turismo 40 Open OB is designed to make the most of outdoor living. At the bow, the U-shaped seating area with panoramic views creates an inviting social space that can easily be transformed into a generous relaxation area thanks to the electrically operated pedestal table.
Aft, the spacious cockpit offers several configuration possibilities for entertaining, relaxing or enjoying time at anchor. The various sun protection solutions can provide shade over the cockpit, side terraces and bathing area, allowing the exterior to adapt to every moment of the day.
The configuration with Mercury Verado V10 425 outboard engines gives the boat a distinctly sporty character, while the elevated, ergonomic helm station provides excellent visibility and intuitive handling.
The interior of the Gran Turismo 40 Open OB is inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Kanso, combining simplicity, functionality and comfort to create a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
The forward area can easily convert from a dining space into a transverse double berth, while the aft cabin provides a private and comfortable place to rest. Curtains fitted in both areas enhance privacy on board.
The spacious bathroom features a separate shower compartment, while refined finishes, ambient lighting and integrated equipment solutions enhance the overall sense of well-being. The result is an interior designed to provide comfort throughout the weekend without compromising on versatility.

Each listing indicates whether the price includes taxes, equipment, and services. For most new boats, the price includes VAT and delivery “ready to sail”. For pre-owned boats, the offer’s content depends on whether it is our own unit or one managed for a client.
Yes. For new orders or units not yet in production, you can adapt the engine, equipment, or finishes. For stock or pre-owned units, our workshop will evaluate possible custom modifications or upgrades.
It depends on the brand, model, and shipyard schedule: it can range from 3–4 months to more than a year. We often have stock units available for immediate delivery; contact us.
Yes. We work with SYS Finance, exclusive broker of SGB Finance (Société Générale + Groupe Bénéteau). We offer leasing and marine credit with personalised conditions.

It depends on the boat. For motorboats, licences range from the Nautical Licence (6 metres) to the PER (up to 15 m) or higher titles. We help you choose the most suitable model based on your licence and navigation project.
